All of our items are made to order, so bear than in mind when you purchase. A freshly made item takes 2-7 business days until ready for delivery. All of our accessories are handmade and no two items are the same. There may be small variations compared to the picture in Etsy. But that´s part of the charm, isn´t it?
Due to previous experience with items going missing when shipped internationally, we ship with full tracking if available. All of the prices in my listings are for the following services with the Royal Mail.

- We can ship standard Airmail, which is up to 40% cheaper, but I cannot accept responsibility for undelivered/lost mail. However I will also provide proof of posting. Let me know before or after purchase to arrange cheaper shipping.
We want our customers to have peace of mind when making a purchase, so we are happy to provide a full refund or exchange if the product is faulty, damaged or not as sold or agreed in the purchase. Please contact me first to discuss so I can understand the issue.
My items are handmade and made to order, if the item does not fit but is the size as agreed in the sale, I will accept a size exchange but the buyer will be responsible for shipping both ways and a re-stocking fee, depending on the item. Please be very careful when measuring your waist for the belt or your dog's neck. If you have any doubts, please contact me before or when you purchase.
Please return the purchased item within 7 days of receiving it. The item should be undamaged, and in original condition.
