    Measuring Your Existing Belt :

    1. Lay your belt flat, buckle to the left.
    2. Measure from buckle fold to fave hole.
    3. Purchase a new belt with the same length or slightly longer.

    Refunds

    We want our customers to have peace of mind when making a purchase, so we are happy to provide a full refund or exchange if the product is faulty, damaged or not as sold or agreed in the purchase. Please contact me first to discuss so I can understand the issue.

    My items are handmade and made to order, if the item does not fit but is the size as agreed in the sale, I will accept a size exchange but the buyer will be responsible for shipping both ways and a re-stocking fee, depending on the item. Please be very careful when measuring your waist for the belt or your dog's neck. If you have any doubts, please contact me before or when you purchase.

    Please return the purchased item within 7 days of receiving it. The item should be undamaged, and in original condition.

    The story of this belt and Babs continues to blow me away. I had ordered a belt for my husband for our 3 year “leather” anniversary but unfortunately the order had to be canceled. I asked Babs to get in touch if she ever started making them again and 10 years later I get the best email saying she’s back and did I still want the belt. She was AMAZING to work with, responsive and organized. She had the original list of songs from 10 years ago I could update. She even had me write the song names. This belt turned out even better than I could have thought. I almost teared up when I saw it. It was well worth the wait. The only hassle was getting it from usps because it requires a signature so there was some confusion and I had to retrieve it from the post office but this has nothing to do with Babs.

    This belt is amazing! My boyfriend loved our favourite bands/songs written on it (with my handwriting!). Great quality, unique and Babs made everything so easy. This belt is the perfect gift to any loved one!
